    北師大夏令營為家長介紹，學齡前兒童對于即將開始的學校生活通常感到既興奮又緊張。如果在幼兒園階段就有意識地培養(yǎng)他們相關的個性品質，相信兒童對學校生活的適應能力就會大大增強。
    1.家長必須讓孩子相信自己正在受到關注。
    積極鼓勵孩子，對他們做得好的事情予以贊揚。微笑和鼓勵永遠比粗暴的懲罰更能使孩子形成良好的行為。研究表明，當孩子得到別人的注意和鼓勵時，他們會更自信。
    2.放手讓孩子去做自己力所能及的事情，以鍛煉他們的思考和動手能力。
    孩子在自己動手做事的過程中會思考并做出自己的選擇，這是孩子走向獨立的第一步。喜歡包辦的家長千萬不要事事替他們做決定，從而使孩子懶于動腦。
    3.鼓勵孩子與他人相處。
    事實證明，小孩子上學前如能常和家庭外的成人、兒童接觸，上學后更容易和老師、同學相處。
    4.學齡前兒童在幼兒園階段就要參加多種活動，且應要求他們使用語言并解決問題。
    家長可采取多種方法幫助孩子學會交流，以促進日后在校學習的良性循環(huán)。比如對孩子說“請把畫筆都收到盒子里面，這樣才能騰出地方搭積木”，而不要說“快把東西收拾好”。
