    學員進入學大輔導是在初一下學期，期中考試成績60多分。學生家長沒有給學生太大的壓力，到是學生自己已出現(xiàn)放棄學習數(shù)學，認為自己不適合學數(shù)學的想法；經(jīng)過課前介紹和第一次課的反映，學生性格文靜，獨立，很少與人交流。喜歡文科，比較偏科。學習自覺性較高，老師布置的任務能按時完成，雖然對數(shù)學興趣不高，得過且多，但是不抵制。其次作業(yè)習慣較好，書寫規(guī)范整潔。
    學大教育夏令營通過對學生的基本情況分析，學員數(shù)學學習成績提不上去的主要原因首先是由于不懂得歸納；在學校雖然有認真聽講，可學生卻“身入其中，不辨全貌”，永遠在低頭苦學，從沒有抬頭看看，把已掌握的東西分類，歸納。同類的知識聯(lián)系不到一起，知識的應用很容易出現(xiàn)混亂。其次是分析問題的能力，尤其體現(xiàn)在綜合性題目，涉及知識點較多時完全不知從何入手。
    通過一年的輔導，學生的數(shù)學成績都有了很大的進步，特別是在初二上學期期中考中取得滿分。學生現(xiàn)在對老師的講解很有興趣，養(yǎng)成了主動積極思考的好習慣。
