    老兵少將夏令營報名須知
    1、年滿7—16周歲，身體健康，無先天性疾病或遺傳病史之少年均可報名；
    2、家長（監(jiān)護人）簽署招生聲明，并提供有效身份證件復(fù)印件和24小時聯(lián)系電話及緊急呼叫備用電話；
    3、禁止攜帶大量現(xiàn)金及貴重物品，可攜帶少量零花錢（交由輔導(dǎo)員統(tǒng)一保管）；
    4、禁止攜帶游戲機、筆記本電腦、刀具等物品，如攜帶手機，入營交輔導(dǎo)員統(tǒng)一保管；
    5、入營期間須嚴格遵守《營隊管理制度》相關(guān)規(guī)定；
    6、夏令營活動采用全封閉軍事化管理，營員統(tǒng)一食宿，活動期間建議家長不要探視，如有特殊情況，請?zhí)崆吧暾垼?br />     7、并請自備個人洗漱用具（牙缸、牙刷、牙膏、毛巾）、用品（換洗內(nèi)衣褲、外衣褲各兩套，襪子三雙、運動鞋二雙、涼鞋一雙）及其它個人所需物品，盡量避免攜帶貴重物品；
    8、團隊（個人）出發(fā)前7個工作日將本團人數(shù)（男、女分開）、乘坐車次、航班號、抵達時間、是否預(yù)訂返程票等詳細信息傳真或發(fā)送電子郵件至報名辦公室，以便安排接站。
